BEDROOM PRODUCTS; ROCK CANDY TOYS SWEEP UP AWARDS AT AVN 2020

LOS ANGELES — Adult novelty manufacturers Bedroom Products and Rock Candy Toys are celebrating two awards from the 2020 ‘O’ ​Awards ceremony and the annual AVN Awards gala, respectively.

Bedroom Products received an ‘O’ Award in the Outstanding Lubricant, Product or Line category for their silicone-based bodyglide, Silky. Additional nominations included Outstanding Accessory Product (Heat massage candles) and Outstanding Supplement or Enhancement (Climax clitoral enhancement serum). The company was also recognized for Enhancement Manufacturer of the Year at the 2020 AVN Awards, which they were awarded in 2018.

Rock Candy Toys was crowned Pleasure Products Company of the Year (Medium) at the annual AVN awards gala. Celebrating its two year anniversary on January 19 during the Adult Entertainment Expo, Rock Candy received ‘O’ Award nominations for Outstanding Packaging, and Outstanding Powered Product (Gummy Ball wireless finger vibrator).

In 2019, under the leadership of Joseph, both brands underwent creative overhauls, focusing efforts on fresh packaging concepts and product expansion. Bedroom Products welcomed the addition of a pleasure stroker, restraint kit, pH-balanced intimate wipes, and anal relaxation glide to round out their consumer-driven line of intimacy enhancers.

In September, Rock Candy released the Fun Size collection, featuring more compact versions of their original candy-inspired vibrators, accompanied by more consumer-friendly price points. 

The companies have included product innovation strategy, partnership development and market expansion as its primary objectives for 2020.
