Rock Candy Hosts Willy Wonka-Themed Release Party

​LOS ANGELES — Last weekend Rock Candy kicked off the release of their new toy collection with a party at Pure Delish in Century City.

The event, Wonka’s Willy and the Candy-Colored Sexy Spring Soiree, transformed the “sweetest sex shop in LA” into a rainbow-hued sensory experience, complete with life-sized lollipops and gummy bears.

“Guests stepped into the shop and were treated to an array of sugary goodness,” a rep described, “thoughtfully curated to delight the senses. The Rock Candy team hosted free-flowing candy-rimmed cocktails and interactive sex toy demos at two different stations in the store. Oompa Loompas made their way around the room, offering guests their choice of cupcake alongside a platter of the freshly unveiled Rock Candy products.”

Keith Caggiano, president of Rock Candy, said, “we aimed to create an entertaining and memorable consumer experience both for this launch party and in the long run. The process thus far has been amazing and we have only scratched the surface.

“We are ecstatic to see the elements of this event come together. The way the team came together to create an engaging atmosphere — from the Oompa Loompas to the energy of the crowd… it is a fantastic experience.” 

Party guests were encouraged to dress up in the theme, with a Rock Candy gift basket being awarded to the best dressed.
Caggiano said, “Pure Delish was such a great fit for this event. The impressive candy theme and merchandising expertise paired perfectly with the Rock Candy aesthetic.”
Sienna Sinclaire hosted a Naughty LA meetup during the event, which a publicist said brought in a crowd.
The publicist continued, “Tito Bonito and the Bootleg Bombshells commanded the room with a star-studded burlesque finale, bringing a whole new meaning to ‘the candy man can!’”
