If you’re reading this right now you 99% likely have a working phone and internet access - two things to help us stay connected. There are two immediate, and easy, things to appreciate.
Taking the time to recognize our blessings is a choice. Doing that regularly, and cultivating more joy in our lives is a practice.
Continuing our blog series during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are here to stock your self-care toolbox with mental and sexual health resources that you can call on in a pinch.
EFT is one of our favorite healing modalities. The best part: it's free, you can do it anywhere, anytime, and may be the simplest way to clear your mind of mental blocks. It can be especially helpful if you find yourself in an anxiety spiral about work, a lack of funds, the general state of global affairs right now. (And so much more.)
Question: WTF is sex magic?!
Answer: Using your orgasm to manifest some sh*t!
Your gonna masturbate anyways - might as well use that orgasm to bring your desires into real life!
Seriously: It can't hurt *AND* - new hobby alert!
Things have gotten really, really REAL over the last 7 days in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the globe.
While the general circumstances, the news, the UNKNOWN, etc. are extremely nerve-wracking, the time is now to up the ante and really focus on how to nurture yourself to the best of your ability.
As a sexual wellness company, we acknowledge that sexual health is just one piece to our physical and mental health. And if we can't find peace of mind on the day-to-day (outside of the bedroom), enjoying anything inside of the bedroom can be damn near impossible.
Because of this we take responsibility (and pleasure) in sharing accessible and helpful information as it may relate to feeling good.
For the foreseeable future, we will be bringing you a variety of self-love tips, rituals and techniques for those who are self-quarantining or simply stockpiling self-care activities. Read on for our two favorite DIY detox bath recipes that are easy to make, and super cost-friendly.
Scenario: You've been dating someone for a month or two, but the 'exclusivity' conversation hasn't come up....and you're itching to know where the relationship is headed.
Your partner might also be wondering where things are going...but the 'right time' hasn't come up yet. Timing isn't one-size-fits-all....so there is no specific time set for when this conversation needs to happen. If both of you are happy with where things are, then it's all good! But if you've got questions (and you want to be exclusive), your questions deserve to be answered.

11/11 is most commonly known as Veteran's Day, but it's also celebrated as Single's Day! The holiday is rumored to have started at Nanjing University in 1993, as a way for students to celebrate being single. We are HERE FOR IT!
The US has yet to catch on -- or maybe today just gets lost amongst the other Single-centered holidays, including February 14: Single's Awareness Day and September 26: National Singles Day. Can there be too many holidays dedicated to the single life? Hell no!
It is okay to never have kids. It's okay to have kids when you're 40 or older. It is okay to pack up and move out of the town you grew up in...forever. It's okay if you don't finish college. It's okay if you didn't even go to college. It's okay if you don't want to get married. You get ONE life, and it should be spent following YOUR heart, not visions or expectations that belong to other people! Chase happiness. If you find someone worth your badass self, awesome! If not, live a life that will make your married friends jealous!
